The OpenCOTS Modular Test Setup is engineered specifically to support VPX card validation, accommodating a wide range of 3U and 6U VPX configurations through its interchangeable components. The system enables comprehensive testing of VPX modules including shock and vibration qualification, thermal validation of conduction-cooled and heat frame designs, and single-board functional verification.

Configured for rugged embedded applications, the assembled fixture supports common military and aerospace shock and vibration standards while maintaining compatibility with standard VPX mechanical envelopes and mounting patterns.
