PATENT PENDING SLIP CLUTCH RATCHET
The Torque Limiting SOLIDWEDGE™ uses a proprietary slip clutch ratchet to control torque during expansion, delivering consistent, spec-compliant clamping force with standard hand tools. No torque drivers. No calibration.
As the target torque is reached, the mechanism provides both audible and tactile feedback to prevent over-driving. In reverse, full torque is allowed for positive retraction, ensuring smooth removal without the risk of stuck modules.
